Francis Ford Coppola Brings His Granddaughter Romy, 17, to Cannes Premiere of Megalopolis
Francis Ford Coppola brought his granddaughter Romy to the Cannes screening of Megalopolis on Thursday, May 16. The director's daughter, Sofia Coppola, 53, is mom to Romy and Cosima, 13.
In March, Sophia's eldest daughter shared a since-deleted TikTok where she told viewers to "make a vodka pasta sauce with me because I'm grounded." Romy then explained why she was grounded, saying that she "tried to charter a helicopter from New York to Maryland on my dad's credit card because I wanted to have dinner with my camp friend." After trying to put together her pasta sauce, she said she decided to film the TikTok as she was "already grounded" and her parents' "biggest rule is I'm not allowed to have any public social media accounts."
