France TV Distribution launches eco thriller 'Danger in the Valley' at MIP London.
The drama thriller toplines “The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon” actress Anne Charrier, Thierry Godard (“Spiral,” “A French Village, The Head”) and Anna Cervinka (“Grand Ciel”), with the last two thesps being also part of the prestigious Comédie Française. Directed by Elsa Bennet, “Danger in the Valley” is set in the quiet village of Salvérac, nestling in the rugged Causses region, which faces the looming threat of a shale gas drilling project. Key cast also features Anna Cervinka as Jana Kaskia, Nicolas Gob (Rodolphe Durand), Théo Augier (Samuel Duval), Philippe Resimont (Max Desailly), John Robinson (Kay Lewis), Jane Cara (Kelly O’Brian), Laura Sepul (Prune Larcy) and Emma Lemoine (Camille Bourdieu).
