Fox’s Tubi Hires Vimeo, HBO Alum Courtney Sanchez as Chief Strategy Officer
Tubi, Fox Corp.'s free, ad-supported streaming TV service, hired Courtney Sanchez as chief strategy officer and EVP of operations.
Sanchez, who has more than 20 years of experience in media and tech, joins Tubi as chief strategy officer and EVP of operations. Prior to Vimeo, Sanchez spent more a decade at HBO, where she held various leadership positions in business intelligence and audience insights. Sanchez is another senior hire by Sud, coming just a couple of months after Tubi tapped David Salmon, former CTO of Endeavor Streaming, as executive VP and managing director of international, indicating free streamer is planning to expand into Europe and the U.K.
