Fox Sports Founder David Hill to Recieve Lifetime Achievement Award at Sports Emmys
Fox Sports founder David Hill will recieve a Lifetime Achievement Award at this year's Sports Emmys.
The news was announced Thursday by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, which administers the Sports Emmys. “His innovations, including the ‘Fox Box’ score bug concept, have transformed the way viewers can watch games. Hill oversaw the launch of Fox Sports, and served as its first president, after the network landed an NFL deal in 1993.
