The singer, 37, previously gave an explosive account of the 'abuse' she suffered in the music industry, claiming her life became hell after she fell out with the two bosses.
She was one of a series of stars to give evidence to MPs on the Women and Equalities Committee as part of a report into misogyny and discrimination in the UK music scene. The industry is tantamount to a 'boys' club' with failure to report serious accusations rife, meaning women have had their 'lives ruined and careers destroyed' while men face little 'consequences,' it read. Chairwoman of the Women and Equalities Committee, Caroline Nokes MP, said: 'Women's creative and career potential should not have limits placed upon it by endemic misogyny which has persisted for far too long within the music industry.
