Former Talent Agent Launching Mokster, Southeast Asia Sales Company at Cannes Market
Former talent agent Nelson Mok is launching Mokster, a specialist Southeast Asia sales company at Cannes.
Former Endeavor Content and WME Independent executive Nelson Mok has joined forces with Asian TV veteran Ricky Ow to launch Mokster Films. Mokster and Mok will also continue to work as a partner to WME Independent on a slate of current titles.Mokster Films will be at the Cannes Market next week, where it expects to unveil projects from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam and Thailand. “Our passion is to present the rich diversity and creativity of Asian cinema to a global audience, fostering collaborations that fuel innovative storytelling and distinct filmmaking styles,” said Mok in a statement.
