Former Super Rugby star lists his lavish Gold Coast country mansion with its own private lake for $7.5 million

A sprawling luxury Gold Coast estate owned by former Super Rugby star Mark Swanepoel has been re-listed for an eye-watering $7.495 million.

Located at Bonogin, 19km from the Gold Coast in the lush hinterland, the three-hectare estate features a private beach on a lake which was created at the cost of $1 million. The new listing comes after Swanepoel made headlines last year when the Federal Court found his Cigno Australia lending company to breach Credit Act regulations.
