Aaron Phypers is being sued over an allegedly failed treatment administered at his wellness center in Malibu, California.
Denise Richards' husband Aaron Phypers, 52, is being sued for a fraud relating to a treatment offered at his Malibu wellness center; pictured January 3 in LA Perry says he and his wife shelled out $126,000 for the stem cell treatment sessions from July through September 2023, but Katsioula-Beall got bad news in December of that year when she allegedly was told that her tumors had grown by 25 percent. Since there wasn't any sign that his wife's condition had improved after undergoing the stem cell treatment at Phypers' wellness center, Perry claims he owes that 50 percent refund to her estate.
