Former NFL Player Kevin Ware Jr. Pleads Guilty to Killing His Girlfriend


Kevin Ware Jr., who played two seasons in the NFL, accepted a plea deal and 30 years in prison for the death of Taylor Pomanski

Ware, 44, reached a plea deal with the prosecution during a court appearance on Wednesday, May 7, just days before jury selection was scheduled to begin in his murder trial. According to the Houston Chronicle, Judge Brian Warren demanded a swift answer from Ware about the plea deal, warning it would expire and he could face life in prison. Courtesy of Taylor PomaskiCourt documents alleged Ware “cut her with a knife, hit her with a blunt object, strangled her and then burned her corpse.”
