Suzanne Shaw, 42, has revealed a shocking career move focused on health and wellbeing after she celebrated four years of sobriety (pictured June 2023) Suzanne put together a montage video to mark the milestone, including clips of herself that she called 'embarrassing' when she did drink, telling fans how it was 'time to escape the alcohol trap', be 'hangover free' and live her best life. The TV personality continued: 'I used to visualise myself being healthy and taking adventures, sharing my wellness journey and knowledge and helping raise awareness for mental health and today that’s exactly what I do.
