Former EastEnders actress Katie Jarvis, who played Hayley Slater, has revealed the juicy details about an exception to the rules for one of the soap's icons. While appearing on The Criminal Connection podcast, Katie revealed that despite the strict no-smoking policy, June Brown, known to all as Dot Cotton, was allowed to light up on set.
