Former Disney+ Series ‘Nautilus’ Swims To Prime Video UK & Ireland

'Nautilus' is heading to Prime Video UK & Ireland after being ditched by Disney for the Jules Verne adaptation.

Based on Jules Verne ’s beloved Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, the series was initially in with Disney+ UK before it was culled as part of its notorious streaming content removal plan last year. Nautilus tells the origin story of Captain Nemo: an Indian Prince robbed of his birthright and family, joining him as he steals a formidable prototype submarine and escapes into the Indian Ocean with a ragtag crew, determined to enact revenge against the ruthless East India Mercantile Company. It stars Shazad Latif, Georgia Flood, Thierry Fremont and Céline Menville, with guest appearances from Richard E Grant, Anna Torv and Noah Taylor.
