Former Channel Seven Sunrise reporter Bianca Stone's shock career change has been revealed - shortly after moving to radio

Bianca Stone has made a shock career change shortly after nabbing a fill-in role as a radio host.

Currently serving as fill-in afternoon host at 4BC radio in Brisbane, Stone has 'put her hand up to run against ( housing minister) Meaghan Scanlon in the Gold Coast seat of Gaven at the next election', 9News Queensland reports. 'It's understood Bianca Stone has significant support in the party's parliamentary wing in what would be a tough fight against the housing minister who is one of Labor's star performers,' Tim Arvier reported during the 6pm news last week. Meanwhile, Nine Radio managing director Tom Malone and 4BC's content boss Holly Green are 'concerned' having a potential political candidate hosting their weekday afternoon timeslot.
