Former Big Brother star Chad Hurst is set to appear in court to dispute a disabled parking fine.

The 31-year-old will appear in Sydney's Downing Centre Court on September 23 after being charged with stopping in a disabled parking area with no valid permit displayed, The Daily Telegraph reported. Chad, who took out top honours in the 2020 series of Big Brother, told the publication that the alleged violation took place in Sydney's lower North Shore on the street where he lives.
