Footloose and ER actress dies after lengthy brain cancer battle
American actress Lynne Marta, who was famed for starring in Footloose and ER, has sadly passed away at the age of 78 in Los Angeles after battling brain cancer
Lynne's impressive career spanned four decades and she starred in films such as Joe Kidd and Footloose as well as TV shows including Love, American Style, Starsky & Hutch, Barnaby Jones, The F.B.I. Her death comes just days after the passing of her former partner, actor David Soul, who died on 4 January in a London hospital at the age of 80.
