Foo Fighters Fire Drummer Josh Freese: “I’m Not Angry, Just A Bit Shocked & Disappointed”
Foo Fighters have parted ways with their drummer, Josh Freese, the musician said on social media.
“The Foo Fighters called me Monday night to let me know they’ve decided ‘to go in a different direction with their drummer.’ No reason was given,” Freese shared. Other bands that Freese has worked with include The Damning Well, Black Light Burns, Nine Inch Nails, and Sublime with Rome. The Foo Fighters are not currently touring and their website notes that their next live appearance is scheduled for October 4 where they will perform at the Formula 1 in the Singapore Grand Prix.
