Florence Pugh Described Freezing Her Eggs As “Tiring & Horrible”

Actor Florence Pugh spoke about the process of freezing her eggs and the backlash she's faced since opening up about her fertility journey.

Karwai Tang/WireImage/Getty Images Pugh, 29, told the magazine that she started the process of freezing her eggs after being diagnosed with endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) at 27. “If you are that driven and you want to own the world that you’re working in and you want to feel like you’ve made it and you’re successful, the conversation of kids and when you’re going to do it and if you want it is always in the back of your mind,” she said. Her romantic relationship has gotten more serious since then, and Pugh told Harper’s Bazaar UK that she’s in love and is doing things differently than she did in the past.
