Florence Pugh dazzles in pale pink sequins while Rosamund Pike wows in a rose-inspired gown as they join British starlets Carey Mulligan, Emily Blunt and Claire Foy at the 14th Governors Awards


The British starlets were out to impress at the 14th annual Governors Awards on Tuesday night, with some of the UK's biggest names stealing the show with their glamorous gowns.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' 14th Annual Governors Awards, held at the Ray Dolby Ballroom in Los Angeles, handed out a number of honorary Oscars to some of Hollywood's most deserving stars. Her credits include Avengers: Endgame (2019), Black Panther (2018), How Stella Got Her Groove Back (1998), Malcolm X (1992), Waiting to Exhale (1995) and Vampire in Brooklyn (1995). A huge achievement: Michelle Satter, a founder and director of the Sundance Institute's artist programs, was honored with the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award
