On Thursday, the Public Enemy rapper revealed that he recently relapsed after more than four years of sobriety, but shared his commitment to getting back on track. Flav has been open about his sobriety journey of the last few years and celebrated his four-year mark on World Mental Health Day by paying for fans’ online therapy. Speaking with Akademiks on his Off the Record podcast two years ago, Flav shared that he “maintained [himself] very well” while he was doing so many drugs.
