FKA Twigs Slams Shia LaBeouf's Requests for Her 'Highly Private Information' Ahead of Trial

Attorneys for singer-songwriter FKA Twigs asserted in newly filed court documents that Shia LaBeouf and his lawyers are improperly seeking out her entire financial and medical history as part of discovery in her lawsuit against LaBeouf, whom she first sued in 2020 over claims of sexual and physical abuse.

Attorneys for FKA Twigs are decrying Shia LaBeouf's requests for her complete medical history as the singer's lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend approaches its October trial date. In court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, June 24 and obtained by PEOPLE, attorneys for the British singer-songwriter, whose real name is Tahliah Debrett Barnett, argued that LaBeouf's attorneys are "improperly seeking Plaintiff’s private financial and medical information that has no bearing on the issues in this case."
