Despite Marvel announcing Tim Blake Nelson’s return as The Leader at the same time as the reveal of Captain America: Brave New World, the actor has been all but absent from promotional material for the film. Not much is known about The Leader’s role in Captain America: Brave New World, especially as most promotion for the film has focused on Harrison Ford’s MCU debut as Red Hulk. Given how high the stakes are in Captain America: Brave New World, it wouldn’t be shocking if Anthony Mackie never truly throws a punch at Tim Blake Nelson.
