The First Dates star, 37, who is currently enjoying a solo trip to Bali, opened up about how she plans on staying healthy during her trip.
Inviting her Instagram followers to take part in a question and answer session on Wednesday, the TV personality was asked about her weight. Fortunately for Cici, she was working at Balans bar in Soho at the time, and the Channel 4 programme's researchers marked her as a candidate for the role. Her coaching business offers advice and schedules for both diet and exercise, tailored to weight-loss, muscle building, or getting toned.
