Great Point Media has appointed administrators following the death of its founder Jim Reeve.
Screen finance company Great Point Media has appointed administrators following the death of its founder, Jim Reeve Great Point Media, which was founded by Reeve and Robert Halmi in 2013, has invested in films including “Asteroid City,” “Lady Macbeth” and “Blue Jean,” among other projects. Halmi stepped down from the company in 2018, although stayed on as as non-exec chair at Reeve’s request, before going on to found a separate entity called Great Point Studios.
