Fernanda Torres 'Did Not Prepare' for Win at Golden Globes

Pamela Anderson, Angelina Jolie, Nicole Kidman, Tilda Swinton, Fernanda Torres and Kate Winslet were among the 2025 Golden Globe nominees

I’m Still Here’s Fernanda Torres took home the trophy for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama during the Sunday, January 5, ceremony at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles. There were five other nominees in the category, including Pamela Anderson for The Last Showgirl, Angelina Jolie for Maria, Nicole Kidman for Babygirl, Tilda Swinton for The Room Next Door and Kate Winslet for Lee. Winslet, 49, followed closely behind with five wins — for The Reader and Revolutionary Road in 2009, Mildred Pierce in 2012, Steve Jobs in 2016 and Mare of Easttown in 2022 — and 14 nominations for Sense and Sensibility, Titanic, Iris, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Little Children, Carnage and Labor Day.
