Feid & Rema’s ‘Bubalu’ Lands at No. 1 on Latin Airplay Chart
It’s the first champ for the Nigerian rapper, and fifth for the Colombian singer.
The Spanglish “Bubalu,” in which Rema also sings in Spanish for the first time, is the fourth single from Feid’s Mor No Le Temas a La Oscuridad, which rose to No. The Afrobeats-permeated “Bubalu” leads the overall Latin Airplay tally with a 14% increase in audience impressions, to 10.8 million, earned in the U.S. during the Dec. 29-Jan. 4 tracking week, according to Luminate. “Bubalu” was composed by Feid, Rema, and Andrés David Restrepo and produced by Sky Rompierndo.
