The English broadcaster, 43, has revealed that she is still having therapy 'every week' because she 'berates' herself and 'falls into self-loathing' during a candid chat on her podcast Happy Place.
The podcast episode, released today, compiled several Happy Place conversations, aiming to highlight the positive impact of therapy on mental health. One snippet included Fearne's conversation with Little Mix star Leigh-Anne Pinnock (pictured) who spoke on the 'horrible moment in time' that Jesy Nelson, 33, quit the band Speaking at the time, Fearne said Jesse's demanding schedule with his band Reef had put a strain on their relationship which left them desperately 'clinging onto their marriage' in an unearthed interview.
