The ITV star opened up about her body changes after having children on her podcast Happy Place, in a candid chat with beauty expert Caroline Hirons. Fearne previously opened up about her own self-care journey and health revelations after trading her lively party days for wellness and serenity. She captioned it: "My mate @amandabyram who I was on a girls holiday with, took a sneaky photo 8 years ago to the day of me and @jessejameswood swapping numbers on a night out in Ibiza," adding, "Who would have thought it would lead to two kids and marriage!
