Screams rang out as the rapper - whose real name is Isaac Freeman III - disappeared from view, sparking frantic efforts to revive him. Hamden Mayor Lauren Garett said Scoop had been rushed to hospital by ambulance and urged fans to 'keep him in your thoughts and prayers.'
