This latest development puts Lively in an uncomfortable position, as the 37-year-old Gossip Girl alum values her friendship with Swift and likely regrets her being pulled into the legal battle. The resurfaced clip comes after DailyMail.com reporting that Taylor will be subpoenaed to be questioned under oath as part of the on-going Blake Lively vs Justin Baldoni lawsuit battle , according to a source close to the legal action; (seen in February)
