Grupo Frontera’s latest single “Ángel,” featuring Romeo Santos, has topped this week’s new music Latinpoll. “Ángel” generated over 42% of the votes, beating out other new releases that dropped that week, including Omar Courtz and Anuel AA’s “Serio Con Ese Q” and Piso 21 and Ozuna’s “Fichaje del Año.” Co-produced by Santos, Edgar Barrera, and Casta, and penned by the three in addition to Keityn, the winning track is a sweet bachata that also incorporates Frontera’s signature norteño accordion for this innovative bachata-regional mashup.
