Families urged to act quickly to save up to £4,000


HMRC is encouraging working parents to open a Tax-Free Childcare account to save on their childcare costs ahead of the Easter holidays

This government-funded initiative offers a top-up for working parents, which can be used towards approved childcare for children aged 11 or under, or up to 16 if the child has a disability. Now HMRC is urging working parents to take advantage of the scheme ahead of the Easter holidays in order to save money. In December, UK parents received a total of £49.7 million in government funds to help with their childcare bills.
