Experts predict the exact UK location that will be coldest this winter - and it’s not where you’d expect
With weather reports showing snow flurries on the horizon, and with some areas expecting as much as 18 inches of the white stuff, experts are now predicting where will feel coldest this winter
Dundee in Scotland is the coldest area during the winter months, with their minimum temperature being -8.6 last year - with the first snow flurries expected in this seaside city as early as next week, experts look set to be bang on with predictions. Those living in Swansea, Wales are in for a treat though - and whilst we wouldn't recommend digging out a swim suit anytime soon, residents can expect slightly warmer winter temperatures based on last year's -1.9. In recent years gone by, snow flurries in the UK have moved on from November and December and usually show up post Christmas, in January and February - sometimes even graving our Easter picnics in late March or early April.
