Expert warns Prince Andrew 'could face Royal Lodge eviction' over concerning pictures

Prince Andrew could be evicted from the Royal Lodge after new photos emerged of the property looking 'concerning' - with a property expert warning that eviction 'could be pursued'

Recent snaps of the Windsor home have shown the exterior in a less than regal state, with visible mould, dodgy repair jobs and worrying structural cracks raising eyebrows after it was revealed that King Charles has cut off his brother's hefty £1million annual stipend. The Duke of York, who shares the residence with his former spouse Sarah Ferguson, has been on a 75-year lease since 2003, and despite already forking out millions on maintenance, The Sun reports he could be looking at an additional bill of around £400,000. Terry Fisher from We Buy Any Home suggests that while kicking Andrew out is "an unlikely and extreme outcome", it's not entirely off the table if he doesn't fulfil certain lease conditions.
