Ewan McGregor Reveals Scrapped Plans For Obi-Wan Kenobi Movie

Ewan McGregor could have had a much darker return to the Star Wars universe! The actor reveals scrapped plans for an Obi-Wan Kenobi feature film.

However, it seems the Disney Plus series may have been the right way to go, with the extended length allowing for a more in-depth study on the character than would’ve been possible in two and a half hours. However, both the show’s director Deborah Chow and Lucasfilm head Kathleen Kennedy have expressed interest in bringing Ewan McGregor back for another season of the Star Wars series.
