After 'Stranger Things' Season 5 launches, The Duffer Brothers have a new project that will follow the Netflix tentpole series.
With Stranger Things coming to an end with the highly anticipated fifth season, which recently reached the halfway mark of filming, the Duffer Brothers have moved forward full steam ahead with their next big project — The Boroughs. According to the show’s summary, it is set in an idyllic retirement community where a group of ragtag residents team up to stop a big bad from stealing time. “While the heroes in The Boroughs have a few more years on them than the kids from Stranger Things, they are a similarly lovable bunch of misfits,” The Duffer brothers said when the series was announced.
