The highly successful 33rd season of the ballroom dance competition aired from September to November 2024, with Bachelor Joey Graziadei and pro partner Jenna Johnson winning the coveted mirrorball trophy. ABC announced on Tuesday, April 22, that Robert Irwin will join the cast as the first dancer for season 34, while simultaneously confirming the reality competition’s renewal. Along with Jenna, season 33 featured Alan Bersten, Brandon Armstrong, Britt Stewart, Daniella Karagach, Emma Slater, Ezra Sosa, Gleb Savchenko, Pasha Pashkov, Rylee Arnold, Sasha Farber, Val Chmerkovskiy and Witney Carson.
