Aside from Kelsey and her dad, Emily and Haley Ferguson also made headlines during Ben Higgins’ season 20 of The Bachelor as the first twins to ever appear in the franchise. During a one-on-one date with Bachelor Joey Graziadei in Spain, which aired in February 2024, Kelsey shared that her mom died in 2018 after a battle with breast cancer. “Welllllll, would you look at that,” Kelsey, 26, wrote via her Instagram Stories, adding two star-struck emojis, on Tuesday, August 13, while sharing her father’s photo from the casting announcement.
