Weatherly later apologized for his comments to Dushku and the series continued on for three more seasons, despite producers Steven Spielberg, Darryl Frank and Justin Falvey stepping down from their roles. Since her time on the series, Wickersham has taken a step back from acting and has been busy raising her son, Cassius, whom she welcomed with partner James Badge Dale in December 2021. Henry later explained that his decision to leave the show came because neither he nor producers knew how to develop his character after NCIS showrunner Gary Glasberg ’s death in September 2016.
