The Desperate Housewives star, 48, embraced her natural beauty as she stepped out make-up free to run errands in Marbella on Thursday.
Eva has previously admitted she felt like 'the ugly duckling and did not identify as a beauty growing up' at ELLE's Women In Hollywood event last year. She threw her brunette locks up into a messy ponytail and appeared in great spirts as she enjoyed a morning with her son (pictured getting into the car) I never had that relationship with beauty that I think a lot of young girls grow up with, especially today, with the pressures of it and comparison and trying to keep up with these oftentimes unattainable images.'
