ESPN Host & Improbable Media CEO Jay Williams Joins Basketball Feature ‘A Bridge Between’ As Executive Producer
Jeff Celentano (The Hill) will direct the feature.
Based on a true story, A Bridge Between centers around Anthony Hodges, a young basketball player recovering from a devastating car accident that leaves him physically injured and mentally shaken. As Anthony battles self-doubt and the long road of rehabilitation, a chance encounter at a YMCA on Christmas Eve brings him face-to-face with Bobby Verdun, a former basketball coach turned mentor who carries emotional and physical scars of his own. Goodrich and Jason Armstrong will produce the project under their Walk Like A Duck Entertainment banner, in association with Celentano and Warren Ostergard of Enliven Content.
