Escape to the Country presenter Jules Hudson, who has been on the show since 2007, has revealed why he is taking a three month sabbatical from his work on our TV screens

Escape to the Country presenter Jules Hudson has opened up about his decision to take a three month sabbatical from his TV career. As a result, Jules enrolled on a course at the Boat Building Academy - a place close to his heart as he got charmed by it while filming Escape to the Country in 2012, the Mirror reports. Jules prefers to keep his family life private, though has previously said that he found city living tough so decided to move to a greener place.
