During an appearance on ITV’s Good Morning Britain show on Monday, March 18, cohost Susanna Reid asked McCormack what he thought about straight actors playing gay characters. Good Morning Britain cohost Ed Balls also asked McCormack whether he felt he would be cast as Will if the show were being made today.
