Luke Emery, national sustainability director at Aldi, said: “Halloween is a much-loved celebration for many of our customers, yet we know that many people aren’t sure how to make use of the tasty pumpkin flesh they remove during carving. Putting a twist on the traditional Japanese recipe, these burgers combine pumpkin with coconut and spices to create a tasty weeknight tea.
