Gray Atkins
The following is a list of characters introduced to the BBC soap opera EastEnders in 2019, by order of first appearance. The characters are introduced by the show's executive consultant, John Yorke, or his successors, senior executive producer, Kate Oates, and executive producer, Jon Sen. The first character to be introduced is Bailey Baker, the daughter of Mitch Baker. She is followed by her mother Dinah Wilson who is introduced the following month. Sisters Iqra Ahmed and Habiba Ahmed, the granddaughters of Arshad Ahmed and Mariam Ahmed are also introduced in February. Danny Hardcastle and Midge, associates of Phil Mitchell, are introduced next, followed by Chantelle Atkins, the daughter of Karen Taylor and Mitch Baker. Chantelle is joined by her husband Gray Atkins and her children Mia Atkins and Mackenzie Atkins. Later, Brooke is introduced as a love interest for Bernadette Taylor.
