England football legend is in talks with Netflix to film a tell-all documentary on his life - after success of David Beckham's fly-on-the-wall series

Former England player John Terry is reportedly in talks with Netflix to film a tell-all documentary on his life.

The documentary will see him follow in the footsteps of footballing legends David Beckham , 49, and Wayne Rooney , 38, who previously lifted the lid on their lives in their hit TV series (both pictured at the UEFA Euro 2004) He told show hosts Robin Roberts, Michael Strahan, Lara Spencer and George Stephanopoulos: 'The only reason I did it was because it was kind of a love letter to my career and the sport and also, more importantly, my family. Speaking live in Times Square on the show, he said: 'But one funny thing was, we watched the premiere and as we are driving back to the house, my youngest son Cruz turns round to me and says ''Dad you were really good, I didn't know.'''
