Emmy Party List 2024 Sees Industry Staple Returns & Departures
A guide to all major 2024 Emmy parties, including changes to the list from recent years amid industry contraction.
The 2024 roster is extensive, though we will likely never see again the scope of the Peak TV-fueled bustling pre-pandemic Emmy party scene, with media consolidation and economic factors trimming the list over the past few years. It’s safe to say we are never going back to the pre-Covid practice of Emmy parties held at the homes of agency leaders, with receptions now taking place exclusively at outside venues. As Deadline reported earlier this month, BAFTA’s traditional TV Tea Party also is returning after a five-year hiatus (It was canceled in 2022 following the death of Queen Elizabeth).
