Now, Isabel's joyous news about her wedding day is out, an event graced by her fellow soap stars, including Eden who seemed to play bridesmaid at the celebration. Featuring momentous Manchester scenes, Isabel looks simply radiant in a pristine white dress complete with a romantic sweetheart neckline and elegant fishtail skirt.
