Beth Cordingly was lucky enough to have some help very close to home when it came to taking on her new job on Emmerdale.
The actress, 47, recently joined the cast of the ITV soap as character Ruby Milligan, with her debut scenes airing this month. She is fiery, confident, unpredictable and a fiercely devoted mum (pictured with actor William Ash who plays Ruby's wife Caleb) Beth has a wealth of television and theatre credits to her name including The Bill, Dead Set and Family Affairs.
