Emmerdale's Beth Cordingly, who portrays Ruby Fox-Miligan, took to Instagram last week to honour her colleague Nicholas Day as his character Anthony Fox wrapped up filming. Sharing behind-the-scenes snaps with Nicholas, Beth wrote a heartfelt message: "In case anyone is under any illusions I just want to stress what a beautiful man Nick Day is, in real life," she started off her touching post.
