Emmerdale cuts Phillip Schofield cameo from classic episode after ITV axe
Phillip Schofield appeared as a guest star in Emmerdale back in 2005 - however, re-runs of the episode have cut out his cameo following his exit from ITV last year
Fans have spotted that Phillip Schofield's cameo in an old episode of Emmerdale has been removed, with the TV presenter missing from a re-run shown on ITV3. The original episode saw Alan Turner (Richard Thorp) stop by This Morning to chat to presenters Phillip and Fern Britton - who were the show's hosts at the time - about his missing partner. He was preparing himself to host the British Soap Awards in June 2023 but withdrew after leaving ITV, with Jane Macdonald stepping into his place.
